- Closing date for submission of completed paper is August 31st 2011
- The authors will be informed about the results of the review process including necessary changes in the manuscripts asked for by the reviewers by October 31st 2011.
- The deadline for camera-ready papers is November 15th 2011.
- Registration of participants through the application form October 15th 2011.
Paper must be compiled exactly as stated in the Proceedings – detailed instructions.
Papers sent after the deadline and papers which do not meet specified requirements will not be accepted.
The Editorial Board reserves the right to decide whether or not papers will be accepted on the basis of the results of the review process.

The time allocated for presentations of papers is 15 minutes; the following 5 minutes are reserved for questions and discussion. The necessary presentation technique will be available in the conference premises.
